How many memories do you have about watching your favorite
cartoon when you were a kid? I have a lot of them, but if I take a closer look
at them today, I can find so much racism in them.
As a child I wasn’t really aware that there was supposed to
be a difference between “black and white” people, but the older I got the more
I understood. These messages are hammered into the minds of children without
their understanding and subconsciously they develop to become racism.
Luckily, in more modern shows less racism is shown. Let’s
keep our hopes up that it stays that way!
